The hotel is just okay for a last-minute stay, with rooms that meet expectations though a bit pricey. The standout was the friendly and helpful front desk manager who went above and beyond.
The hotel was small but served our purpose, with nice and comfortable rooms that looked modern and clean. The staff were very courteous and helpful, although a bit sarcastic when informing about parking options. The location was great, close to the pier and good restaurants. The dining experience was disappointing with nothing extra for the high price.
The hotel is conveniently located near the free bus station to visit Key West. The rooms are lovely, spacious, and clean, but there is no space for a chair so sitting on the bed is the only option. The service ranges from very friendly to indifferent but had a negative incident with staff refusing to provide towels promptly. The location is excellent, close to various attractions and the free bus line, making it convenient to explore the area. The dining experience offers basic but satisfactory options. The facilities are functional, although there is room for improvement in service responsiveness.
